What we collect

Your account email, the notes you write, and usage metadata needed to enforce plan limits.

Sub-processors

• OpenAI — note enrichment, embeddings, voice transcription
• Paddle / TutivSoft Constance — billing and subscription management
• Google — only if you connect Google Sheets sync

Your rights

You can export all of your data at any time from the Export page, in Markdown, JSON, CSV, or SQL. You can request account deletion by emailing support — we will delete your notes and account within 30 days.

Security

Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Any personal OpenAI API key or Google OAuth token you provide is encrypted at rest.
